In partnership with the Kenai Watershed Forum, join us to remove large and accumulated debris from Deep Creek in Ninilchik. As a part of CoastWalk Clean-Up, we host public clean-up days to get people outside cleaning up marine debris, and collecting data about debris movement through Kachemak Bay and Cook Inlet!
On September 22nd, we’ll meet at the Deep Creek State Recreation Area in Ninilchik at 10am. Drive yourself and meet us there, OR contact our Marine Debris Coordinator to get a ride from the Center for Alaskan Coastal Studies office in Homer.
