Creatures of the Dock School Program

The docks of the Homer Harbor float on top of the water, so their undersides are always underwater no matter the tide. This makes it the perfect environment for all sorts of marine creatures to make their homes.

On this one hour walking tour, a trained naturalist will guide you through an incredible exploration of marine invertebrate life living on and around the Homer Harbor docks.

Program length: 1 hour

Program dates: April-October

Price: $5 per person

Program capacity: Due to maneuverability in the Harbor, we will break classes into smaller groups of 10 students each. We cannot accommodate more than 2-3 of these small groups exploring the Harbor simultaneously.
