Join us to celebrate the lives of Daisy Lee Bitter and her son Tim Bitter.

Daisy Lee passed in November 2023, and Tim passed this past April. As Daisy Lee was such a crucial and beloved supporter of the Center for Alaskan Coastal Studies and a key person behind the acquisition of the Wynn Nature Center, we are honored to host this public celebration of life.

The celebration will take place at the Carl E. Wynn Visitor Center (edited 07/12 due to weather) at the Wynn Nature Center from 2pm-5pm. Please bring a potluck item and memories to share. A shuttle will be available for those that choose to park at the Outdoor Learning Space.

Parking is limited so car pooling is encouraged.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Center for Alaskan Coastal Studies or the Homer Food Pantry are suggested.
